One of Ngo Han’s shareholders is a private equity fund called the Mekong Enterprise Fund, which is managed by Mekong Capital. Mekong Capital is working closely with Ngo Han to make a number of improvements. For example, Mekong Capital has assigned a Six Sigma black belt to work closely with Ngo Han to implement systems for measuring defects and eliminating the root causes of defects through a program of continuous process improvement. In addition, in order to improve operations and remain competitive, it is essential for Ngo Han to continuously search for ways to minimize waste, improve productivity and become "lean". As a result, Mekong Capital also introduced Lean manufacturing to the Company. Ngo Han will start applying Lean with preventive maintenance and 5S methodology.
