Ngo Han is passionate about continuous improvement in all aspects of its business processes, and this is at the heart of our corporate culture. Ngo Han is the process of applying the Six Sigma process improvement methodology and various elements of Lean Manufacturing. We maintain detailed measurements of production and defect data as a basis for monitoring performance and identifying the root causes of any problems. Also, Ngo Han is currently working on the line balancing project in order to shorten production lead time and maximize utilization rate of machinery. Several Six Sigma tools has been used in these project.
