Quality management and checking is integrated into all activities from receiving orders from customers to shipping products to them.
Ordering
When customers place orders with Ngo Han, the sales staff at Ngo Han double checks specifications with customers to ensure that Ngo Han clearly understands the customers’ requirements. Ngo Han double checks:
- Product specifications (type of wire, type of enamel, degree, dimensions, quantity, etc.)
- Purchasing and transporting details; and
- Delivery dates.
Production
Quality control is conducted by Factory Managers and Quality Control Staff on the factory floor before and after every stage of the production process. Managers and Quality Control Staff check for adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Production management staff checks progress hourly to ensure that products will be ready for delivery to meet customers’ deadlines.

Post-production/Shipping
Ngo Han’s Quality Control Staff checks final products before shipping to ensure that products meet the specifications set by customers. Ngo Han rejects defects of any type to ensure that customers do not receive defective products.
